Blurring faces

With the new rules in effect you might want to know how to blur a face in Photoshop. This is actually surprisingly simple!

Step 1

Open the image in Photoshop and select the "Marquee" tool. You can also do this by clicking "m" on your keyboard.

Step 2

Select the part you want to blur. Simply drag the selection tool around it.

Step 3

Once selected go to Filter -> Blur -> Gaussian Blur -> set the radius to "10.00" and click "OK".

That is all! Save your image and you're good to go!
