Cancelling your subscription is very easy and is done at the company that handled your payment. We work with both epoch.com and vend-o.com
When you log in to your account scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the link "cancel your membership". Click this link and this will automatically send you to the payment processor's company you used.
Once on the payment processor's page simply locate your subscription and follow the steps.
