No access after re-activation

In case you do not have access after re-activating your account please make sure to do the following 2 things: 


1) Wait at least 15 minutes between the transaction and logging in (sometimes there is a small delay in activating the account again)

2) Log out of the members area and log back in. 


If this does not help, please file a ticket or send us an email for help.
